Leasing a Google AdSense Website from me does not mean you own the domain name or the hosting of the domain.  By leasing a site from me, you are essentially leasing ad space on the site.

I will retain ownership of the domain name of the Google AdSense Website that you lease from me and hosting of the site will remain with my hosting account.

All Google AdSense Websites that you lease from me will continue to discreetly display an anchor text link back to http://www.googleadsensewebsites.net.  Should you remove this link, the site will be immediately taken offline and you will not be eligible for any refund (partial or full).

I do not offer any guarantees of income.  The income generated from any site leased from me is dependent on too many factors that are out of my control, including your promotional efforts.

I provide all maintenance of all sites that you lease from me.  Should your site experience an outage due to something out of my control, my only responsibility is to ensure the hosting platform is available and the site is brought back online.  An initial backup of the site you lease will be taken at the time of install and restore of the site from the initial backup is always available.

All content on this site and any site purchased form me is copyrighted.  Theft of my content will be pursued accordingly.
